Controller

Andrejs Beinarovičs-Aitmans, Ūbeles iela 14, Rīga, LV-1073. Email: info@printh.lv, phone: +371 25928167.

What we process and why

  • Orders. Name, email, phone, delivery method and parcel locker, items, amounts, payment and refund status, and which version of the terms and of this policy you were shown. We never see card details: you enter them in Stripe's form. Basis: making and performing the contract, then our accounting obligation (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (c)). Kept for 7 years.
  • Unfinished payments. The same details, if you started paying but did not finish. Basis: steps before a contract and our legitimate interest in resolving payment disputes ((b) and (f)). Kept for 1 year.
  • Enquiries and basket requests. Name, email, phone, message and basket contents. Basis: steps before a contract at your request ((b)). Kept for 1 year.
  • Withdrawals. Name, email, order number, note and the time sent. Basis: our legal obligation to accept and acknowledge a withdrawal ((c)). Kept as long as the order, or 7 years if the order cannot be found.
  • Server logs. The address requested, the time, the browser's identifier and a shortened IP address (the full address is never stored). Basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and knowing how many people visit ((f)). Kept for 90 days. You can object.
  • Analytics, only with your consent. Which pages and pieces are viewed. Basis: consent ((a)). Kept for 1 year. See the cookie policy.

Your name, email and phone are needed to make and deliver an order: without them you cannot order. We make no automated decisions about you.

Who receives data

  • Stripe Payments Europe, Limited (Ireland) processes payments. For fraud prevention it acts as an independent controller: stripe.com/privacy.
  • Omniva or DPD, whichever you choose, receives your name and phone to deliver the parcel.
  • Hetzner Online GmbH (server in Finland) hosts the site for us.
  • An email delivery provider sends our emails for us.
  • PostHog (data stored in the EU) processes analytics if you consented.
  • Anthropic (USA) provides an AI assistant staff use to run the shop, through which they can view orders and enquiries. It acts on our behalf and does not use the data to train models.

Data sent to the USA (Anthropic, and PostHog Inc. as a company) is transferred under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and object to processing based on our legitimate interests. You can withdraw analytics consent at any time in the site footer. Write to info@printh.lv.

You have the right to complain to the Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija): Elijas iela 17, Rīga, LV-1050, pasts@dvi.gov.lv, www.dvi.gov.lv.
